Are you Mind-Focused or  Body-Focused?

You might be surprised where the Kingdoms put your personality type, so read this with an open-mind and willing feelings.

The Kingdom that each type and dynasty fall into, are actually very important in their own right–creating 4 different pieces of the pie, and 2 sides of the same coin.

One side of the coin being we have a body and emotions, and the other side that we have a mind and thought–both needing to be in alignment with each other, in order to maintain our mental and physical health.  Not one is more important than another and neither will tell you about someone’s IQ or genius level, it’s just about how we balance ourselves.

MIND-FOCUSED:

Western Women: Sunflower, Iris & Poppy

Eastern Men: Perseus, Draco & Canes Venatici

The main reason these 2 kingdoms are mind-focused is because between their mind and their body, their body is less healthy and strong, while their mind is more sound and agile, creating a divide in power–favoring the mind and it’s mental prowess.  Utilizing the Law of Attraction, you can actually send power from the mind into the body, freeing the body of it’s ailments and excessive needs.

There are a 5 things these kingdoms do that are actually more hindering than they seem, and should be avoided (even if it seems unnatural):

1. Forcing the body to submit to the mind

2. Getting high excessively-to calm the body from infiltrating the mind

3. Analyzing other people’s behavior to an excessive degree

4. Being too self-aware, and focusing too much on one’s own belongings, things and ideas over another persons

5. Allowing the self to drown in obsessive–attention to detail–behavior

The above tactics are normally used instead of feeling and living in the emotional current, which can seem scary to a mind-focused person. All of these behaviors take even more power away from the physical body and life, giving into the mind in an accidental egotistical approach to living life.  Sadly, these behaviors are actually sending negative affirmation to the body, making all the problems that are trying to be avoided, worse.

In order to use the mind’s Law of Attraction and Quantum Mechanics in a healthy way, one must send positivity to the body, over sending it back to the mind.  In simple terms, don’t say:

“I’m too logical to care about stupid shit like that”

Try saying:

“Even logic is too narrow a scope to see what is on the other side of the coin”

Try using these 5 positive behaviors, to share the mental power with the body:

1. Tell the mind to listen to the body, and submit to it’s requests so that you can feel the full scope of it’s needs

2. Try to stay away from body-numbing drugs (if they are recreational, I can’t be your doctor and tell you about prescribed stuff). Allow your body access to your brain, and be nice to it when it tell’s you it’s stupid feelings–this can help you sort through things you’ve been avoiding.

3. Don’t worry about another person’s behavior, or if they’re doing it right or wrong, don’t try to think about a person’s life decisions, if you can’t feel them or vibe with them, don’t think about them.

4. Simplify your life so that you don’t have a lot of things to account for, making room for life and adventure to happen.

5. Don’t worry about the detail, pay attention to big picture–letting go of these needs to see everything, allows for the unknown and surprises to flourish and bring happiness.

BODY-FOCUSED:

Northern Women: Rose, Morning Glory & Lily

Southern Men: Orion, Centaurus & Canis Major

The main reason these 2 kingdoms are body-focused is because between their mind and their body, their mind is less agile and prone to more breakage, while their body is strong and more adverse to pain, creating a divide in power–favoring the body and it’s physical prowess. Utilizing the body’s core awareness, you can actually send power from the physical into the mental–freeing the mind of it’s blockage.

There are a 5 things these kingdoms do that are actually more hindering than they seem, and should be avoided (even if it seems unnatural):

1. Meditating and clearing the mind before it has a chance to see the emotions underneath.

2. Avoiding painful situations: using anti-social behavior to avoid it altogether and/or stuffing self with food and alcohol when forced to face the pain

3. Self-analyzing to an obsessive degree

4. Being too aware of others and how other people’s actions and words affect your mood and state of mind

5. Being too big picture and lackadaisical about reality–allowing another’s harmful behavior to slide under the radar

The above tactics are normally used instead of allowing thoughts and the mind to know what’s really upsetting you, so you can remain happy and in the moment.  All of these behaviors take even more power away from the mind’s strength, giving into the body–inducing turmoil and mental insecurity.  These behaviors are actually sending negative signals of self-hatred to the brain, making the mind think it’s not strong enough to handle the body, taking away the mind’s ability to prove itself as a worthy adversary to your pain.

In order to use the body’s powerful emotional current and ability to sway the mind in a healthy way, one must send all information to the brain, instead of stuffing it down or avoiding it.  In simple terms, see the pain and bring it to the surface–so that the mind has time to analyze it and label it as negative or positive, before you push it back down.

Try using these 5 healthy behaviors, to share the body’s power with the mind:

1. Don’t tell your mind how to think or behave according to what you already feel, let your thoughts in to the emotions and feelings, so it can see how strong you are and rise to the occasion.

2. Don’t avoid situations that feel bad–face them and see if you can allow your mind to show you how to deal with them, once you’re in the thick of it.

3. Don’t worry about the way you look to others, you are not so worthless that you are taking up space, let your body discuss it’s sadness with the mind, so the mind can start sending it positive affirmations.

4. Allow yourself to have nice things, and boundaries in the physical world so that you are not so easily taken advantage of.

5. Pay attention to details, don’t allow things to pass you by just so that you don’t have to have your mind sort through them. Let your mind do what it does best.
